In the event of acceptance of this proposal for the Design and Development of "Web Solution" we will initiate work on the mentioned list of requirements and in due course will complete the development of all software work items.

All source codes, designed application, drawings, flow charts, correspondence etc. resulting from and including this proposal is and will be treated as confidential matter by Intelilabs as well as your company. However, the source code relating to the development of the software will be the property of Intelilabs.

If the scope of work discussed should alter in any way and / or if any additions or modifications are required after the approval of the original specifications, then it will be necessary to quote for the new scope of work separately. However, small modifications will be accommodated in the current scope of work on mutual understanding.

At Intelilabs we are also prepared to undertake any site preparation, to impart any other training, other than what is already included in this proposal, and to produce any additional software or hardware packages, if there should be a requirement. These services are not included in the current proposal nor are they required in the scope of this project as such.

All software developed by Intelilabs carries a warranty of 90 days commencing from the date deployment of the project. This would mean that any malfunctioning of software or any bug preventing the smooth operation of program would be taken care of without any charge.
